Prediction of the dream city (MONTERIA) - Anacristina Sánchez

 The social problem of my city  Monteria is a truly beautiful city, that all its places are worth to appreciate, but it is worrying the little security that it has because there are many dangerous places, for example the "avenida primera" which is one of the most touristic places of Monteria is also one of the most insecure because when it is very lonely there are many cases of violent robberies, this makes people afraid to exercise in outdoor environments because it is very risky.  One of the solutions that I propose is to reinforce the security with respect to having more policemen around checking, more lighting, in the loneliest areas to place security guards and place surveillance cameras.

Monteria is a city that has always sought to contribute to the environment, Monteria will be one of the cities where they will seek a public transport on the river sinu that this will help the environment because loa motor vehicles emit many toxic emissions.  Monteria will be part of an active participation in We Love Cities, which promoted awareness of their actions in sustainability, generated citizen identity and fostered strategic alliances to motivate voting and participation in environmental activities.

 It is the livestock capital of Colombia. This land, with one of the most fertile valleys in the world, has had an agricultural vocation since its beginnings. Its people, history and exotic beauty make it a destination that attracts tourists throughout the year. In addition, it has a cultural richness given by the mixture of different indigenous tribes with foreigners and Afro-descendants that give that flavor and identity to the beautiful capital of Cordoba.  It is said that it will be one of the great cities recognized worldwide for its livestock and environmental preservation.  Montería's commercial activity is of great importance, since in addition to meeting the demand of its own inhabitants, it represents the meeting point for the surrounding rural area. The increase of the population and the increase of its needs have motivated, as in the great Colombian capitals, to put into operation important commercial centers. It will always be a fertile place 

 Monteria is the capital of Cordoba, a city that is divided by a beautiful Sinu River, which will be of great help to the citizens since the mayor will put a public transportation on the Sinu River.
